Fee Structure
StepStone Group Private Debt LLC's fees are based on the engagement's scope and the client's needs. For non-pooled investment vehicles, the firm charges a flat fee. For business development companies, the firm receives a base management fee based on a percentage of the company's net assets, plus an incentive fee. For pooled investment funds, the firm charges a quarterly management fee based on invested capital. Clients may also pay performance-based compensation to an affiliate of the firm.
