Maroon Pass manages investments for private funds and charges fees based on the fund type and committed capital.
For Maroon Pass Partners Fund I LP (MPPF I) and Maroon Pass Partners Fund II LP (MPPF II), the fees are:
- MPPF I: 1% per year of committed capital until the fourth anniversary, 0.5% until the eighth anniversary, 0.25% until the eleventh anniversary, and then 0.25% of remaining investments.
- MPPF II: 0.75% per year of committed capital until the third anniversary, 0.5% until the sixth anniversary, 0.25% until the eleventh anniversary, and then 0.25% of remaining investments.
For Maroon Pass Opportunities LLC Series Oneshot and Series Interstellar XXIV, the fees are:
- 1.0% one-time, upfront fee on the final commitment amount.
- $5,000 per year (prorated across all investors) for administration and management, starting in year 2 for a maximum of 10 years.
