TPG Peppertree offers investment advice to private investment funds, a separate account, and sub-advises a third-party fund. Their services include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating investments, and managing and monitoring those investments. The funds primarily invest in telecommunication companies. TPG Peppertree's investment strategies are not tailored to individual investors in the funds.
TPG Peppertree generally receives a management fee of up to 2% per year, paid quarterly, based on the total capital committed by investors. This fee may decrease over time as specified in the fund's agreement. For a sub-advised fund, the fee is up to 2% per year based on the fund's net asset value. TPG Peppertree may also retain certain transaction or investment banking fees, which may offset management compensation. No management fee is payable by SDF or Peppertree Capital International Co-Investor Fund.
