Allspring Singapore provides investment advisory services as a sub-adviser, primarily for institutional clients, through an agreement with Allspring Investments. Allspring Singapore formulates investment decisions for a portion of client accounts, focusing on emerging markets strategies. They also provide equity and fixed income research to affiliated advisors. Allspring Singapore does not directly execute trades; this is handled by Allspring Investments.
Fee Structure
Allspring Singapore does not directly charge fees to clients. Instead, Allspring Singapore receives a portion of the advisory and performance-based fees that Allspring Investments charges its clients. The portion Allspring Singapore receives can be up to 50% of the gross fee charged by Allspring Investments. Clients may also pay other fees and expenses, such as brokerage commissions and custody fees, but Allspring Singapore does not receive these.
