Silverback Capital Management offers ongoing portfolio management services tailored to each client's goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. They create an Investment Policy Statement for each client. The firm primarily recommends algorithmic strategies, but may also use mutual funds, fixed income securities, equities, and other securities. Silverback Capital Management requires authority to make trades without asking for permission each time.
Silverback Capital Management charges a fee based on your portfolio's performance. You'll pay 2% of your portfolio's value each year, plus 20% of any increase in value. If your portfolio loses money, you won't pay the 20% performance fee until it reaches its previous high value. These fees are negotiable.
