Two Sigma Real Estate (TSRE) specializes in providing investment advisory services to private investment funds, focusing on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating terms, managing investments, and achieving dispositions. TSRE intends to take an opportunistic, multi-sector approach to investing, with a current focus on housing and industrial sectors, and strategic investment in retail, hospitality, office, and other specialty sectors. TSRE may also offer co-investment opportunities alongside a Fund.
Two Sigma Real Estate manages investments for private funds. Investors in Fund I generally pay a management fee between 1% and 1.5% of aggregate commitments until the end of Fund I’s commitment period; and, thereafter, 1.5% of the aggregate investment contributions made and committed to be made in respect of investments to the extent capital has not yet been called. This fee may be reduced by certain transaction fees received by TSRE or its affiliates, subject to certain exclusions. The Fund I GP will receive a carried interest representing a percentage of all realized net profits in excess of an 8% compound preferred return. The percentage of carried interest for Fund I is 20%.
