Services are offered through privately offered investment vehicles and managed accounts. The firm manages portfolios of liquid and illiquid investments on a discretionary basis, and also assists in developing estate and charitable giving plans.
Fee Structure
a16z Perennial charges Managed Account Clients fees at the investment level. The fee will vary based on investment approach and the allocation of a Managed Account Client’s assets. Investment level fees will generally include a tiered fee, generally equal to an annual percentage of assets under management ranging from 0% to 0.5% depending on the strategy, third-party manager and other variables, and fees and other expenses as detailed in each Fund’s Governing Documents, when assets are allocated to Funds.
