Fee Structure
MCP Management is compensated through a management fee based on each investor's capital commitment during the fund's investment period and on the invested capital after the investment period. The management fee generally ranges from 0.5% to 1.5%, calculated and paid quarterly in advance. Certain co-investment vehicles are not subject to management or performance-based fees, but MCP Management may receive a one-time upfront fee equal to 2% of an investor's capital commitment.
