FanClub Sports Management LLC offers ongoing portfolio management services tailored to each client's goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. They create an Investment Policy Statement for each client. FanClub Sports primarily recommends private placements, but may also use private equity funds, non-U.S. securities, and venture capital funds. Clients may impose restrictions on investments, but FanClub Sports reserves the right to end the relationship if restrictions hinder their ability to service the account. To receive services, clients must meet the definition of a “Qualified Client” based on assets managed or net worth.
Fee Structure
FanClub Sports charges a performance-based fee for portfolio management. Accredited and qualified clients pay an annual fee of 2.00% of the value of their portfolio, plus 20.00% of any capital appreciation. If the portfolio value decreases, the 20.00% performance fee is not charged until the portfolio reaches its previous highest value. These fees are negotiable.
