Lionsoul Global Advisors provides investment advice and portfolio management for investments in cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based assets. They offer services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and separate account clients (SMA Clients), including high net worth individuals. Clients can select from pre-determined digital asset strategies. Lionsoul may delegate investment management to sub-advisers. All client accounts are managed on a discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
SMA Clients pay an annual asset-based fee, called the SMA Management Fee, which varies depending on the strategy selected, up to 2.00% annually. Certain SMA Clients may be offered a fixed fee schedule instead of a tiered schedule for all or some of the SMA Client’s accounts. This fee includes all charges for investment advice through Lionsoul's model portfolio program. The fee is paid monthly in arrears. Clients also pay an annual asset-based Platform Fee of up to 1.0% for access to Lionsoul's platform.
