Snowhawk LP is an investment management firm that invests in businesses powering the digital transition, including cloud, connectivity, and technology services. Snowhawk provides investment advisory services to privately offered investment vehicles for qualified investors. Snowhawk identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages investments, and achieves dispositions.
Fee Structure
Snowhawk LP provides investment management services to its fund clients. Snowhawk receives a management fee and a carried interest. The management fee is payable quarterly in advance during the investment period and is not more than 2% of aggregate commitments held by limited partners. After the investment period, the management fee will not be more than 2% of invested capital. Certain funds charge a monitoring fee in lieu of a management fee. Snowhawk is also entitled to receive performance-based fees (carried interest) from certain funds, generally 20% with a European waterfall.
