Fee Structure
CF Capital manages separately managed accounts (SMAs) and charges a management fee ranging from 0.125% to 1.0% of the assets managed. The specific fee is detailed in each client's investment management agreement and is paid monthly. CF Capital also charges a performance fee to SMA clients equal to 15%-20% of net trading profits/losses, paid semi-annually.
