Sellaronda does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor. Sellaronda focuses on maximizing returns and mitigating capital loss by leveraging expertise in the technology, media, telecommunications, and consumer sectors, using a research-intensive, value-oriented approach to build a portfolio of long and short investments.
Fee Structure
Sellaronda Global Management manages investments for private investment funds. Investors in the funds pay a quarterly management fee, calculated as a percentage of the investor's capital account balance, ranging from 1.5% to 2.0% per year. Sellaronda may also receive an incentive allocation, ranging from 17.5% to 20% of the net capital appreciation of the investor's interests in the Funds at the end of each fiscal year.
