Fee Structure
Bainbridge Partners is compensated for its services through management fees from the funds it manages. The management fee for the Bainbridge Opportunistic Credit Fund is 0.50% of each investor's commitment. The management fee for the Bainbridge Strand Fund ranges from 0.75% to 1.25% of the net asset value. Some funds also have performance-based fees.
