Fee Structure
RioBlanco Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and receives management fees and performance-based compensation. The standard management fee is 2% per year, but can be reduced to as low as 1% for certain investors. RioBlanco Capital may also receive 20% of the net gains earned by the fund, subject to the full return of contributed capital and any preferred return requirements.
