Acadia Infrastructure Capital LP provides investment advisory services to private fund clients and separately managed accounts, specializing in privately negotiated investments in infrastructure categories in North America. Acadia identifies and evaluates prospective investments, negotiates acquisitions, directs management teams, and performs administrative services. Acadia works with business executives and third-party consultants.
Acadia receives compensation from its clients as a percentage of capital commitments, contributed capital, invested capital, assets under management, or assets under advisement. These fees, called Management Fees, are customarily payable on a quarterly basis. Acadia may also levy an Upfront Fee, which is a percentage fee separate from Management Fees, for the total amount of capital commitment or capital deployed. Acadia may also be entitled to an Exit Fee equal to a percentage of proceeds if a client sells, liquidates, finances, monetizes, or otherwise disposes of its interest in an investment.
