RCF Asset Management Group 4, LLC provides ongoing investment management to private investment funds. These funds are generally available only to qualified clients through a private offering. RCF4 invests equity in commercial real estate with partners who manage the day-to-day operations. RCF4 primarily invests through its discretionary limited partnership funds and managed accounts, also managing one-off syndicated investments and co-investment vehicles.
Fee Structure
RCF4 charges fund investors a management fee for investment management services. These fees generally range from 1.00% to 1.5% annually, based on invested capital or aggregate unreturned capital contributions. The General Partners may also receive performance allocations from fund investors, generally ranging from 10% to 20% of profits.
