Fee Structure
Bracco Asset Management manages pooled investment funds and charges a management fee based on a percentage of each investor's capital account balance. The fee is calculated quarterly and paid in advance, but amortized monthly. Bracco may also receive an incentive allocation based on the net capital appreciation of the fund, after deducting management fees and expenses. Bracco may waive or modify these fees for any investor at its discretion.
