Fee Structure
Dunedain Capital charges a performance-based fee for investment management. Clients pay 25% of the capital appreciation above a 4% hurdle rate, in addition to 0% of assets under management. This fee is only for qualified clients. There is no fee if the portfolio drops in value until it reaches the previous high value.
