Winston Paul Capital Management provides investment management through direct management or a managed account marketplace. They also offer financial planning and consulting services, including full financial plans, hourly consultations, and business strategy consulting. Winston Paul also provides ERISA plan services to qualified retirement plans. Winston Paul may utilize the services of Gradient Investments, LLC as a Co-Advisor.
Fee Structure
Winston Paul Capital Management offers two investment management options:
- WP Direct: Fees range from 1.10% annually on the first $500,000 to 0.50% on amounts over $10,000,000.
- WP Managed Account Marketplace (WP MAM): Fees range from 0.60% annually on the first $2,000,000 to 0.30% on amounts over $10,000,000.
When both WP Direct and WP MAM options are selected, Winston Paul will group or “household” all accounts together such that the amount in WP Direct accounts is calculated first on their tiered fee schedule and then the amount in WP MAM accounts is subsequently calculated on their tiered fee schedule, as if the Direct balance were included in the WP MAM amount. These fees are in addition to the fees charged by any other investment advisor and the custodian on the WP MAM platform which may be up to 1%.
