Armas Capital Management provides ongoing asset management services to clients, determining investment goals, time horizons, objectives, and risk tolerance. Investment strategies, investment selection, asset allocation, portfolio monitoring and the overall investment program will be based on the above factors. Armas has contracted with Buckingham Strategic Partners, LLC, LLC (“BSP”), for services including trade processing, collection of management fees, record maintenance, report preparation, marketing assistance, and research.

The annual fee is negotiable based upon certain criteria. For non-SA Fund fees BSP administrative fees will be in addition to the above fees charged by Armas. Fees shall be between 0.15% and 0.30% annually.
