APFORIA operates through multiple investment advisor representatives (IARs) organized as separate business entities known as Tenant Firms. These Tenant Firms market themselves under different names and logos. Services include investment management, comprehensive financial planning, project-based financial planning, and hourly planning services.
Fee Structure
APFORIA's Tenant Firms/IARs offer investment management services based on a percentage of your portfolio. The annual fee ranges from 0.25% to 2.00% of the value of your investments. The fee is billed either monthly or quarterly. Some Tenant Firms/IARs may determine your fee for investment management as a flat annual fee based on factors other than a percentage of your assets under management. If your investment advisor representative is using an Outside Manager, the above fee schedules (Asset Under Management/Flat Annual Fee for Investment Management) do not include the Outside Manager’s fee.
