Their investment strategy centers on assets expected to generate predictable cash flow, including real estate, lending, and other alternative investments. OZE Capital does not tailor its investment advice to individual investors within each fund, and investors cannot make withdrawals without the manager's consent. Mr. Miller, along with his extended family in the aggregate, is usually among OZE Capital’s largest Investors. OZE Capital does not provide advice to retail investors.
Fee Structure
OZE Capital manages investments for private investment funds and co-investments. They charge a management fee, typically 1% per year, assessed quarterly on the unreturned capital contribution. They may also charge flat fees. Certain compliance and technology expenses are paid in part by the client, allocated pro-rata. OZE Capital also receives a performance-based fee of 20% of distributed profits after investors have received an annual 8% preferred return and 100% of their invested capital back.
