Third Gear does not tailor its advisory services to the needs of any particular private investor.
Fee Structure
Third Gear Capital Management manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts.
For the private funds, Third Gear receives a management fee generally equal to an annual rate of 1.25% to 1.5% depending on the class interests of the funds.
For separately managed accounts, Third Gear receives an annual management fee based on a percentage of the account balance, ranging from 1% to 2%.
