Fee Structure
Beechwood Value Capital does not charge a management fee for its investment management services to the Partnership. However, the Adviser receives a performance allocation equal to 20% of the Partnership’s Net Capital Appreciation attributable to a Limited Partner’s Capital Account above the Hurdle Amount as of the close of each calendar year or other relevant Performance Period.
