Compounding Gems Advisors manages a fund and charges a management fee based on the capital account balance of investors:
- Class A Investors (not "qualified clients"): 2.5% per year, paid quarterly in advance.
- Class B Investors ("qualified clients"): 1.5% per year, paid quarterly in advance.
Class B investors also pay a performance allocation based on net profits, subject to a high-water mark:
- 100% of net profits between an 8.0% and 9.2% annual return.
