For Assets Under Management less than $1,000,000, a minimum fee of $3,000 per quarter applies (the “Minimum Fee”). The Minimum Fee will continue until Assets Under Management increases above $1,000,000 at which time the Percentage of Managed Assets fee schedule above applies. Fees may be negotiable at the sole discretion of the Advisor. The Client’s fees will take into consideration the aggregate assets under management with the Advisor.
