Anthelion may also provide portfolio management and investment advisory services to separately managed accounts and investment advisory and collateral management services to issuers of collateralized loan obligations.
Fee Structure
Anthelion Capital Partners manages investments for private investment vehicles and may manage separately managed accounts in the future. Clients pay a management fee, and some may also pay performance-based compensation. The management fee for private equity funds ranges from 1.0% to 2.0% annually, calculated on committed capital during the investment period and on invested capital after the investment period. Performance compensation may also be charged as a percentage of profits exceeding a predetermined preferred return. Fees may be modified, waived, reduced, or rebated at Anthelion's discretion.
