For pooled investment funds, investors pay management fees calculated as a percentage of their share of the fund's total assets. These fees are calculated and paid quarterly in advance. Acme may negotiate and waive fees for certain investors.
Separate account management fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and may include both asset-based and performance-based components.
