Noisy Creek works with clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance to create a customized investment portfolio. Noisy Creek manages investments on a discretionary basis, meaning they make investment decisions without contacting you first. Investment recommendations generally include stocks, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, bonds and other cash instruments.

Fees are negotiable depending on factors such as the amount of assets under management, range of investments, and complexity of the client’s financial circumstances. Noisy Creek Capital also enters into performance-based fee arrangements with certain clients. These fees consist of a base fee of 1% of assets under management plus, an incentive fee shall be earned by Noisy Creek in any calendar year in which the value of the account increases by more than 10% (adjusted for any and all additions or withdrawals). The incentive fee amount shall be 10% of the excess appreciation (above 10%).
