Fee Structure
C Cubed Capital manages investments for private funds and separate accounts.
For the Funds, C Cubed Capital receives an asset-based management fee, calculated as a percentage of each investor’s capital account, generally between 1.0% and 2.0%.
For Separate Accounts, C Cubed Capital generally receives fees that are subject to negotiation as to amount and timing. Fees paid by Separate Accounts may be different and/or more favorable than those paid by the Funds and/or other Separate Accounts.
