APC Asset Development I, LP manages investments for institutional clients, focusing on senior secured debt and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). APC Development utilizes the investment staff and systems of Aristotle Pacific Capital, LLC. APC Development generally has authority to determine which investments are bought and sold for each client. APC Development does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
APC Asset Development I, LP manages investments for institutional clients and receives a collateral management fee at an annual rate based on the collateral principal balance of the CLO, payable quarterly. APC Development may also be paid an incentive fee from a CLO that is dependent upon achieving target returns for junior and/or equity noteholders.
