Congruence Capital manages investments for Congruence Capital Core Fund, L.P., primarily investing in small-cap equity and equity-related securities traded in U.S. and non-U.S. markets. Congruence may suggest operational changes to portfolio companies. The firm also takes short positions and uses hedging strategies. Investors in the Fund have no opportunity to select or evaluate any Fund investments or strategies.
Congruence Capital charges a quarterly management fee of 0.375% of the net asset value of an investor’s fund interest, which is approximately 1.5% annually. There is also an incentive allocation of 20% of the increase in the net asset value of an investor’s capital account. The management fee declines by 0.01% per year for every $25 million over $250 million in the firm's total assets under management, until it reaches 1.00% annually.
