Fee Structure
Presidio Advisors includes investment management as part of their ongoing financial planning service. There is no separate investment management fee. The annual fee for ongoing financial planning, which includes investment management, ranges from $7,500 to $12,000, depending on the client's needs and complexity. New clients pay $5,000 upfront, with the remaining balance paid quarterly in arrears. When a sub-advisor is used, the sub-advisor will debit the Client’s account for the fee. Annual fees to be paid directly to the sub-adviser (Dimensional Fund Advisors LP (DFA)) for each account will be 0.29% of the average daily value of the account assets under management by Sub-adviser, paid quarterly, in arrears.
