Fee Structure
LEH II manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee. Some funds pay 1% of gross asset value or capital commitments. Other funds pay 2% during the initial investment period, then 1% thereafter. LEH II may waive all or part of the management fee. The funds also pay for their own expenses, such as organizational, capital, and operating expenses.
