Fee Structure
Broadwing Capital Management manages investments for private funds and receives a management fee. This fee is a fixed percentage per year, paid quarterly in advance, based on the total capital committed by investors or the cost basis of the investments held. The management fee can vary among clients, and Broadwing or the General Partner can waive, reduce, or modify the fee for certain investors. Broadwing may also receive additional compensation for managerial, due diligence, and advisory services provided to special purpose vehicles.
