Sunstone Asset Management provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to pooled investment vehicles (funds) and third-party managed pooled investment vehicles. Sunstone does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of fund investors. Sunstone's investment objective is to generate positive long-term returns with relatively low volatility via a multi-strategy approach toward technology, media, telecom (TMT) investing which prioritizes capital preservation, enhanced flexibility and the pursuit of high-quality return.
Fee Structure
Sunstone Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (funds). The funds pay Sunstone an asset-based investment management fee each quarter in advance ranging from 1.25% to 1.5% per year based on the value of the fund's assets.
