Anchorage Capital Advisors manages investments for private investment funds and acts as investment or collateral manager for structured credit vehicles. Anchorage offers advice on leveraged debt and equity, distressed debt, structured credit instruments, corporate and sovereign fixed income securities, and other investments. Anchorage does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds, nor does it accept investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Anchorage Capital Advisors manages investments for private investment funds. Fees are based on a percentage of assets under management and performance.
Asset-based fees for funds (excluding Structured Credit Vehicles and AMAC Funds) typically range from 1.0% to 2.0% annually. For AMAC Funds, the annual asset-based fees range from 0.40% to 0.60%.
Incentive allocations or performance fees generally range from 15% to 25% of net profits. These fees and allocations are negotiable.
