Fee Structure
Bar Point Management provides investment advice to private funds. The firm expects to be paid management fees from the Funds quarterly in advance. Once paid, the management fees will be non-refundable. The firm expects that it will deduct such management fees from each Fund. The firm expects that it may waive or modify the management fee payable with respect to any investor.
