Paradigm Institutional Investors provides investment management services to institutions through a fee-only advisory model. As an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), Paradigm offers solutions to assess institutions’ portfolios and implement investment strategies. Paradigm also offers financial planning services, which may include retirement analysis, cash flow analysis, insurance needs analysis, estate review, and investment-related tax planning. Paradigm does not implement any transactions on your behalf for financial planning services.
Fee Structure
Paradigm Institutional Investors offers investment management services with fees based on the amount of assets under advisement. The annual fee could be asset-based or a flat annual fee, ranging between 0.01% and 1.25% depending on complexity and customization.
Paradigm offers two main investment management options:
- OCIO Solutions (Discretionary):
- First $25 million: 0.30% per year
- Next $25 million: 0.20% per year
- Next $50 million: 0.15% per year
- Above $100 million: 0.10% per year
- Traditional Consulting (Non-Discretionary):
- First $25 million: 0.20% per year
- Next $25 million: 0.15% per year
- Next $50 million: 0.10% per year
- Above $100 million: 0.05% per year
