Fee Structure
Forza Investment Group manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
For pooled investment vehicles, the investment management fee ranges from 0% to 2% per year, calculated as a percentage of the investor's share of total assets under management. An affiliate of Forza also receives a performance-based fee ranging from 10% to 30% of net capital appreciation each year.
For separately managed accounts, Forza receives a management fee up to 2% based on assets under management. Forza also receives a performance fee based on the performance of the assets in the account.
