Fee Structure
BLKBRD does not charge a management fee. Instead, the funds are responsible for covering all of BLKBRD's start-up, ongoing operational, and other expenses. BLKBRD may also receive performance-based compensation in the form of an Incentive Fee from the Master Fund, representing a portion of the fund's net investment profits.
