FortWood specializes in global credit markets, primarily in Emerging Market sovereign credit and corporate credit markets. Investment strategies are set out in the governing documents of the Funds, and generally will not be tailored for any specific investor. The terms, nature and scope of such advisory services may be negotiated by FortWood and the applicable client, based on the client’s specific financial and investment objectives, risks and goals.
Fee Structure
FortWood Capital charges a management fee based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio. The specific fee schedule is agreed upon in the client contract. Performance fees may also apply to Fund or Account clients. Fees are negotiable but may be subjected to contractual restrictions from the Firm’s existing clients.
