Impact Capital Partners provides investment advice and financial planning to individuals, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, businesses, and retirement plans. Impact Capital offers wealth management services that include investment management and financial planning, as well as investment management services using mutual funds, ETFs, individual stocks, bonds and options. They also offer financial planning services covering investment, retirement, savings, education, and insurance needs. Impact Capital utilizes sub-advisory services of a third party investment advisory firm to aid in the implementation of an investment portfolio designed by Impact Capital.
Fee Structure
Impact Capital offers wealth management and investment management services. The annual fee for these services will not exceed 2.00%. Fees are calculated quarterly in advance based on the value of the account(s) on the time-weighted daily average of the previous quarter. Fees are negotiable and will be deducted from client account(s). Fees charged to clients for third-party manager services shall be in addition to Impact Capital's advisory fees.
