Fee Structure
Vihar Capital Management charges an annual fee based on the value of your portfolio. This fee can range up to 1.5% per year. The fee is charged quarterly. Clients who qualify may instead elect to pay a performance-based fee, where VCM charges 25% of net profits above a 5% hurdle rate, subject to a high-water mark. If the performance fee service is selected, qualified investors will not be charged any additional asset-based management fee on their assets under management.
