Gallo Partners does not tailor its advisory services to the individual investors of the fund. The firm seeks to identify risks and opportunities in the Industrials, Chemicals, Renewables, and Energy sectors through fundamental analysis, while overlaying regulatory and policy catalysts that Gallo Partners believes will impact future growth.
Fee Structure
Gallo Partners manages investments for pooled investment funds and separately managed accounts.
The annual management fee for the funds is either 1.25% or 1.75% of the net asset value, depending on the class of interest. The management fee is paid quarterly in advance. Gallo Partners may reduce or waive the management fee for certain investors, such as employees or affiliates.
