Draco Evolution Corp. provides ongoing portfolio management services based on individual client goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. Draco creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client. Advisory services are offered through a mobile app (“Dravo”) and separately managed accounts. The firm utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to assist in the delivery and management of services. Draco is also a sub-adviser to the Draco Evolution AI ETF.

Fees are generally negotiable. Some Separately Managed Account clients may elect to have Draco manage their portfolios with a performance-based fee. Those clients will pay an annual fee based on the table above of assets under management along with a 20.00% performance fee based on capital appreciation.
