Fee Structure
Shikhara Investment Partners manages investments for private funds and charges a fixed management fee, as well as performance-based compensation. The management fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.00% per year, deducted quarterly from the fund's assets. Shikhara also receives performance-based compensation of between 10% and 15% per year above a benchmark hurdle.
