Cornerstone Alternatives provides investment advice and trade execution services, primarily focusing on investments in private placements, closed-end funds, structured notes, and other non-traditional investments. Cornerstone offers three classes of advisory services: Class G (trade execution only for accredited investors), Class N (customized recommendations), and Class D (discretionary portfolio management). Cornerstone also offers estate transition services to support clients' investments after death or incapacitation.
Fee Structure
Cornerstone Alternatives charges up to 1.0% annually on the value of advised investments in your account, paid quarterly. Fees may be negotiable. For Class G clients, the fee only applies to investments that require a registered investment advisor to invest. A minimum cumulative fee of 1% of the total commitment amount may apply to new drawdown investments. A clerical fee of up to $100 may be charged for assistance with account opening paperwork or obtaining an accreditation certificate. An additional $100 per year administration fee may be charged for new investments purchased away from the custodian where Cornerstone has an institutional advisory agreement.
