CapZone Management (CZM) provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles that invest in "qualified opportunity zone properties" and "qualified opportunity zone businesses" to support the US Defense Industrial Base. CZM's services are not tailored to individual investors. Investors accept the terms of CZM's advisory services as set forth in the Fund’s offering document, operating agreement, investment management agreement or other similar agreements. CZM has broad investment authority with respect to the Fund.
Fee Structure
CapZone Management (CZM) is entitled to a management fee, paid quarterly in advance, of the Investor’s aggregate investment contributions plus such Investor’s share of investments for which the Fund has made commitments or other reserves.
